Terms & Cancellation

These terms apply to bookings of The Infinisea made directly via this website. Please read them before you book.

Booking & payment

Your booking becomes binding once we confirm it and you have paid a deposit of 30 % of the accommodation price. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due on booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is sufficient); the date we receive your notice is decisive. Based on the total booking price, the following charges apply:

• more than 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 %
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 %
• within the last week before arrival, or no-show: 90 %

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival, departure & security deposit

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit may be requested before arrival and is returned after departure, provided the villa is left in good, undamaged order.

House rules

The villa is non-smoking indoors. Please treat the home and neighbours with care. Maximum occupancy as stated.

Liability

Guests use the pool and facilities at their own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
