What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Self check-in is available, and we can be flexible where the calendar allows — just ask.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 5 nights, and 7 nights during the high season (July–September).
How many guests can stay?
The villa sleeps up to 6: two en-suite double bedrooms, plus a mezzanine that takes two more guests, who have WC access through a connecting door to one of the en-suites.
Is the pool private?
Yes — the private infinity pool and sun terrace are exclusively for your group throughout your stay, with an unobstructed sea view.

Are pets allowed?
Possibly — please ask when you enquire and we'll confirm whether pets can be accommodated for your dates.
Is parking available?
Yes — the villa has two private parking spaces. A hire car is recommended for exploring the south coast.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Fast Wi-Fi is included free of charge throughout the villa.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable security deposit is held before arrival and returned after check-out, subject to the villa being left in good order.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival; after that a tiered fee applies — 40 % from 3 months, 70 % from 1 month, and 90 % in the final week or for a no-show. Full details are on our Terms page.
How far is the nearest beach and shops?
Plakias beach is about 500 m away — an easy stroll — and the village shops, tavernas and bakery are around 750 m.
How far are the airports?
Chania (CHQ) is about 95 km — roughly 1 h 45 by car — and Heraklion (HER) about 113 km, about 2 h. A hire car is recommended for reaching the villa and exploring the south coast.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes — the villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with heating for the cooler months.
When is the villa open?
The villa is bookable year-round, with high season in July–September. Please check live availability via the booking widget.
